Thank you for attending the Healing from Mast Cell and Histamine Intolerance Summit.
If you missed any part of these, be sure to watch the highlight reel above. It’s a 3-minute excerpt from my interviews with host Beth O’Hara, FN.
One of the topics I discussed at the Summit was the connection between mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS) and toxins such as heavy metals and pesticides. I went into detail about how these chemicals damage cells and create inflammation throughout the body. They compromise the body’s immune system and play a role in triggering MCAS symptoms such as allergic reactions, itchy skin, excess mucus production, and much more.
My go-to weapon for addressing MCAS and histamine intolerance is Modified Citrus Pectin (MCP), a patented ingredient that works in a variety of ways to restore cellular health and calm inappropriate mast cell reactions. For example, MCP helps undo cell damage by reducing inflammation, enhancing detoxification, and more.
To learn more about MCP, as well as my research and clinical experience treating thousands of patients with it, please download Chapters 1–2 from my new book, The Survival Paradox. As a bonus, I’ve also included a free download of Chapters 5 + 12 from the book, “Modified Citrus Pectin: A Gift From Nature” and “Imbalances of the Immune System.”
