Thank you for watching the Reverse Autoimmune Disease Summit 5.0 and attending my talks on the topic. I hope you found them interesting and helpful.
One of my favorite parts was when Dr. Ewers and I discussed the role emotions play in autoimmune diseases. I talked about how holding on to past hurts and traumas negatively impacts your gut function.
When the gut has trouble with elimination from a psychological point of view, the body mirrors this by refusing to let go of toxic stuff. That can lead to physical problems, including intestinal autoimmunity issues and inflammatory conditions such as ulcerative colitis, Crohns, or leaky gut.
Did you miss my interviews? Watch the highlight reel above. It’s a 5-minute excerpt from my two talks with host Dr. Keesha Ewers.
Dr Ewers and I also discussed Modified Citrus Pectin (MCP), my go-to supplement for autoimmune disease (and overall health). I explained how heavy metals, pesticides, and other toxins damage the body and set the stage for autoimmune issues. MCP helps undo this damage by enhancing the body’s detoxification pathways, reducing inflammation, improving circulation, and more.
To learn more about MCP, as well as my research and clinical experience treating thousands of patients with it, please download Chapter 5, A Gift from Nature: Modified Citrus Pectin from my book, The Survival Paradox. I’ve also included my summit registration gift, 6 Simple Steps to Protect Your Immune Health in case you missed downloading that!
